Austin Church is a co-founder and project manager at Tamarack Drafting & Design, where he leads residential drafting, design, and project coordination alongside Will. With a background in structural engineering and residential design, Austin brings a detailed and practical approach to every project.
Known for his precision, honesty, and strong attention to detail, Austin takes pride in producing clear, well-organized drawing packages that homeowners, contractors, and permit reviewers can rely on. From structural layouts to renovation planning, he focuses on creating thoughtful designs that support smooth construction and permitting.
Will Deller
Co-Owner | Project Manager
Will Deller is a co-founder and project manager at Tamarack Drafting & Design, where he works closely with clients while also handling drafting and design work alongside Austin. As a journeyman carpenter with experience across many areas of residential construction, Will brings a practical, real-world understanding of how projects are built from the ground up.
Known as a true building code enthusiast, Will has a strong passion for construction standards, design, and problem solving. Whether it’s a complex renovation, a tricky framing detail, or a difficult code question, he enjoys helping clients and builders find practical solutions that work both on paper and on site.
